Block Puzzle: a guide for your next round

Take a moment with Block Puzzle before moving to another game. Place pieces and clear rows/columns until no offered shape fits. Look at what changes after your first action. Treat the first round as a chance to learn the controls. Keep the game area visible while you use its controls.

Place shapes on an 8×8 board and clear full lines. The round ends when none of the current shapes fits.

Practice with a purpose

Locate the buttons and input area before beginning a long round. Use the on-screen labels to avoid an accidental restart. Refer to the controls when needed.

Place pieces and clear rows/columns until no offered shape fits. An attractive position is not enough unless the goal is met. Try to explain the aim in your own words.

A walkthrough of the rules

1. Select a shape.
2. Select its top-left board position.
3. Clear full rows and columns.
4. Use all three offered pieces to receive a new set.
